This space is where I get to teach the real magic of yoga - the practice of living a life full of love, compassion, joy and peace. As much as I love practicing and teaching asana, the physical postures and movements, that’s only a small part of what a yoga practice really is. Anyone can benefit from practicing yoga without ever stepping onto a mat, because the heart of a yoga practice is really about improving our relationships with ourselves, with all other beings, and with the earth itself.

The yoga sutras and other related yoga teachings are rich with lessons and practices that help us along the path of becoming a better human, but we can, and I do, take inspiration from other sources – Buddhism, the Tao, Ayurveda, nature, movement medicine, nutrition - anything that helps us improve the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us is a part of following a yogic path, so we will be exploring tools from a variety of different teachings.

Whether you have a well-developed spirituality practice or are entirely new to the space, these episodes will offer inspiration and guidance on reconnecting with your inner bliss. Available wherever you listen to podcasts!
